While it understandably doesn't equal the Alexander 103 that its modelled on, either in craftsmanship or ultimate focus, it will not embarrass the symphony orchestra musician that needs a doubling instrument or is compelled for one reason or another to use a back up instrument. This is a detachable bell model based on the 103, finished in polished lacquer with nickel inserts, and has a bell size of 310.5mm with a bore of 11.89mm.
